Every window is delivered instantly and whole, and the free half of every recipe is readable before you buy. Because delivery is immediate, you agree at the checkout to instant access and waive the statutory right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB / Art. 16 (m) EU Consumer Rights Directive). There are no change-of-mind refunds.
A page that will not open, a recipe that is not what its window promised — write to hello@quietoutthere.com and it will be put right: fixed, or refunded. Your statutory rights for defective digital content stay untouched.
The money returns the way it came — purchases are processed by Stripe as the merchant of record — and the refunded window locks again.
